Third Sector New England (TSNE) provides management and leadership resources to help nonprofits support healthy, just communities. The Consulting and Executive Transitions Program provides capacity-building consulting services, focusing on executive and organizational
transitions, succession planning, coaching for leadership and teams, and general consulting. There are multiple unpaid positions available for the fall semester. This internship will be customized to fit your personal learning goals. However, some potential projects could include: Shadowing consultants in the field, taking notes at meetings and drafting reports for clients, evaluating internal systems and processes, providing recommendations for improvement, analyzing evaluation data and developing reports, researching organizational transitions and developing materials for use by consultants, researching and evaluating businesses used by TSNE for strategic contracting decisions, independent projects co-developed by the intern and TSNE staff.
