Madison Park Development Corporation (MPDC) is one of the country’s first community-based, non-profit organizations to independently develop affordable housing for low and moderate income residents. Since our founding in 1966, MPDC has created what has been hailed as a model of resident-led community development. We have developed over 1,200 units of rental housing and 113 units of homeownership housing. In the area of commercial real estate, we have renovated 85,000 rentable square feet of formerly vacant commercial space. A number of projects are currently in various stages of development.
