The volunteer(s) will assist the Department Director and the Department Resource Manager in maintaining the Affiliated Network. Primary tasks include:Distributing, explaining, and reviewing applications for membership in the YouthBuild USA Affiliated Network; Logging and tracking membership annual dues; Creating and distributing student certificates and achievement plaques; Outreach to directors and program staff across the country (via telephone and email) to promote various learning/professional development opportunities; and miscellaneous administrative tasks. There is an opening for summer of 2012, as well as up to two openings for Fall-Winter 2012; applications considered on a rolling basis.
