HDA Spanish Terminology Course

Tufts HDA will be starting our annual Spanish Terminology Course soon! 

It will cover basic Spanish terminology (Day 1) followed by dental terminology sessions that can be useful in clinic, in practice, and on international trips to properly communicate with our Spanish-speaking patients. Each session will consist of a brief virtual lecture followed by breakout practice rooms for an interactive experience.

Below are the course dates and topics planned for this year’s virtual course:

March 1st: The Basics

March 3rd:  Medical/Dental/CAMBRA

March 7th: Intra/Extra/Perio

March 9th: Operative/Path

March 10th: Endo/OMFS

All sessions will take place from 7:30pm-8:30pm via Zoom. 

This year HDA will be including a POCKET-SIZED (hospital scrubs) laminated reference booklet and a pen for you to always have in handy!

This course is $10 for current HDA members, and $15 for non-members for the entire course. This course is open to ALL of our TUSDM community. This price includes the 5 virtual sessions and a laminated/binded reference booklet. 

Booklet distribution date/location and individual Zoom links will be sent out later for those who join.
