Dean Garcia’s presentation will provide a quick overview of an ever-evolving landscape that is no longer predictable. Professional pathways are available if you can identify what fits best with your goals. Some choices are not always the best for you as an individual and leaning-in does not always fit with who you are whether it be your personality, your personal life, your long-term preferences. This presentation is intended to offer a perspective on resilience in light of challenges.
