EPIIC Symposium – “Power and Prejudice: Race and International Relations”

The EPIIC program’s annual Symposium is a three day-event bringing together scholars, practitioners and students from the international community to engage on topics like environmental racism, global health, and the Black Lives Matter movement in a global context. The Symposium will feature seven panels with speakers from diverse backgrounds. The keynote address will be given by Desirée Cormier Smith, Special Representative for Racial Equity and Justice at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor on Friday, March 10 at 3:00 p.m. at the Joyce Cummings Center Auditorium (270).
