HSDA Student Regional Conference
The 2023 HDA Student Regional was held on September 23rd at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Twelve Tufts students attended accompanied by Tufts Chapter Co-Advisor, Dr. Martha Forero and were recognized as the most represented visiting Chapter. HSDA President, Adriana Iturbide (D25), was awarded the Colgate Palmolive Dental Scholarship and President-Elect, Jeancarlos Ferman (D25), was awarded the Crest Oral-B Dental Scholarship. Jeancarlos Ferman was also recognized as one of the two 2024 national HDA student trustees.
HDA Foundation Scholarships are awarded at every HDA student regional conference, and all active and due paying HSDA members are welcome to apply. Make sure to join Tufts HSDA by October 21st in order to be eligible for next year’s scholarships and be a part of all HSDA happenings this year!
