HPSP Members Volunteer for the DAV 5K

The Tufts HPSP club, with support from the Office of Student Affairs, sponsored 75 registrations for the annual DAV 5K event!

The race was held on Castle Island on November 11, 2023 to help raise funds and awareness for Veterans. Our school participants either signed up to walk 1 mile or run the 5K. The event is always memorable for HPSP as they spend the morning together doing something both beneficial for their bodies and for the Veterans who have served and sacrificed for our nation.

During the event, one of our own Tufts students sang the national anthem ( Anna Lubitz). Before the race, dental supplies were passed out to those who were interested in learning more about the services Tufts Dental provides for the community.
