ASDA Advocacy: Advocacy Month Mock Debate
Tufts ASDA Advocacy will be celebrating Advocacy Month with a Mock Debate! Our committee has chosen to focus on helping students find their voice within Advocacy.
Two main events that the Advocacy committee encourages students to participate in each year are the Yankee Dental Debate (January 2024) as well as National Lobby Day (April 2024). What the committee has heard from students in prior years is they feel they don’t have the tools necessary to participate, and that’s where ASDA Advocacy comes in!
ASDA Advocacy hopes that by participating in their events this month students can gain experience in order for them to later asses if they feel better prepared to participate.

For the winning debate team, the prize will be Lobby Day Registration for two students! Lobby Day happens in April 2024 in Washington D.C. on Capitol Hill, an $800 value!
