AAWD packs Hygiene Kits

AAWD had the opportunity to create holiday hygiene kits for Boston’s underserved community. For people experiencing homelessness, the prevalence of oral disease is high. Persons who are homeless have more grossly decayed and missing teeth than the general population. AAWD believes it is important to provide these communities with dental resources to provide preventive measures. With the help of our wonderful volunteers, we were able to create 60 dental hygiene kits that will be donated to Project Hope Boston and St. Francis House.
