HSDA: Celebrate HSDA Week!

HSDA is excited to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept 15 – Oct 15) with HSDA Week, happening from September 16 to September 21! Join HSDA for a week of fellowship, service, fitness, learning, and celebration as we come together to honor our heritage and cultures. Here’s a sneak peek of what we have planned:

• Monday (9/16) : General Body Meeting (GBM) at 7:30 PM in Rachel’s 1414 – Open to all! Come learn about our upcoming events and how you can get involved.

• Tuesday (9/17) : Community Service at 4:00 PM – Previous members only. Let’s educate the community about oral health together! (Separate Sign-up link)

• Wednesday (9/18) : Latin Fusion Fitness Class – Open to all. Dance, move, and get your groove on while celebrating Latin rhythms!

• Thursday (9/19) : Lunch & Learn – Open to all, with priority given to members. More information soon!

• Friday (9/20) : Annual HSDA Photoshoot from 4:30-6:00 PM. Wear your scrubs and white coats!

• Later, cheer on the Red Sox starting at 7:10pm! Tickets are $40 per person, which includes a jersey. Purchase a ticket here. Deadline is September 13.

• Saturday (9/21) : MA-HDA Dental Careers Symposium at Boston University – Open to all. A great opportunity to network with professionals and learn more about dental careers. 

• Student discount: MAHDAS24, student ID required at check-in

** For every event you attend, you’ll earn an entry for a chance to win a free 32oz YETI tumbler! The winner will be announced on Friday at the photoshoot and must be present.

Please note that our membership dues portal will open on September 15. This week is a great opportunity to learn more about HSDA, meet members, and join the organization for exclusive events.
