TUSDM represents at the Mexican Consulate

On October 17th, Erika Magana D25, Yesenia Reyes D26, recently conducted an Oral Health Instruction (OHI) presentation at the Mexican Consulate in Boston, where they interacted with over 50 individuals, ranging in age from toddlers to seniors. During the event, the students distributed toothbrushes and toothpaste and engaged the audience in interactive games like Dental Jeopardy, where they had the chance to learn about proper oral hygiene in a fun and engaging way. TUSDM students were able to educate a diverse group on the importance of oral health. What stood out most was the community’s eagerness to learn, and it reinforced the school’s commitment to promoting preventive dentistry.
