AAPHD makes an appearance in Somerville

Through partnership with the Tufts MBS Students, the AAPHD (American Association of Public Health Dentistry) club attended a winter farmers market in Somerville this weekend to pass out toothbrushes, toothpaste, and share info regarding oral health, oral cancer, and the importance of seeing the dentist regularly on 2/22/25. TUSDM volunteers who attended the event included Aleksja Hoxha, Jay Dalal, Shivani Vasudev-Patel, Deema Mustafa, and Natalie ingram. TUSDM students worked along side pre-dental MBS students and shared insight into dental school and what they have to look forward to! They are looking forward to partnering with MBS pre-dental students for more events.
