
Atomic Habits – the Newest Book Club Read
On August 11th, the Wellness Committee ran its second Wellness Book Club, which was led by D28 Chris Vergos, one of its committee members! The book that participants read was Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book about the science behind establishing better habits and stopping bad habits, sending the message that our good habits allow us to become 1% better each day! The group numbered about 30 students and with the addition of four faculty who joined the conversation, they had an excellent discussion with lots of great ideas shared over the core habit-building strategies of Atomic Habits such as Habit Stacking, Temptation Bundling, and the Two-Minute Rule. Wellness Book Club will return again next semester in January!
