Introducing The Research Bridge: A New Student Mentorship Opportunity at TUSDM

Dear TUSDM Students,

We are excited to announce the launch of The Research Bridge: A NextGen Mentorship Program at TUSDM! This new, student-driven initiative is designed to connect experienced student researchers (“Bigs”) with students who are new to research (“Littles”). Our goal is to foster early engagement in research, promote mentorship, and ensure continuity of projects across graduating classes.

For Student Mentors (Bigs):

If you already have research experience, this is an opportunity to share your knowledge, strengthen your leadership skills, and gain support with your current or future projects. Student mentors can add a mentee to an existing project, start a new one, or pass along a project for continuity.

For Student Mentees (Littles):

If you are new to research or not sure where to start, this program is designed for you. As a mentee, you’ll be paired with a student mentor who can guide you through the research process, help you explore opportunities, and support your professional growth.
