Bates Student Research Mentor Matchmaking Workshop

Hello, Jumbos! Are you interested in starting research and looking for a faculty mentor to help guide your journey? Bates Student Research Group will be hosting the Mentor Matchmaking Workshop: How to Pick a Research PI on 11/3/2025 from 12-1 PM in Room 773.

Please join us in this hands-on workshop where we will be discussing various ways to find your perfect research match! Whether you need help constructing an email to a faculty member, figuring out what kind of research appeals to you, or brainstorming potential research ideas, our e-board members will be available to assist. Please bring your laptops! Light snacks will be provided.
