Research shows that thankfulness can help decrease anxiety and depression.

Read more about the benefits of gratitude from Harvard and the National Alliance on Mental Health.

During this season of Gratitude and Thanksgiving, it’s important that we continue to prioritize our own self-care, offer encouragement to classmates and colleagues, and recognize opportunities to be supportive and of each other with a pay-it-forward attitude.

Join us at the Pop-Up Tea where you can share what you are thankful for!

This is a season where family and friends gather to celebrate!  Please add a recipe to our Tuftsgiving recipe share: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1thYMM1L_ixy_mlKLac2M0d6GSiOb2_-KLTmyk8VhBaI/edit?usp=sharing
