Volunteer Opportunity for Students and Faculty

MSEF (Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair) is looking for ~20 volunteers to serve as judges in each of these STEM fields: Biology, Environmental Science, and Behavioral Sciences.

The 2023 High School Fair will be held in-person at MIT on Friday, May 5, 2023. 

Eligibility: Judges must hold a graduate degree and/or have 5+ years working experience. 

Schedule/Time Commitment: Judges check in is at 8:00 am – 8:30 am. The judging period is scheduled to be held from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. During this period, each student will have multiple judges review their work, one at a time. Most judges will interview and score 5-8 students. Judge Check-in: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Judging: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided
