D28 Winter Food Drive – SOUPerb

 D28 Winter Food Drive 2024 for Greater Somerville Homeless Coalition (Project SOUP Food Pantry)

 During the week of December 2-9, the D28 Class hosted a Winter Food Drive in collaboration with the TUSM Healthcare Alliance for the Homeless. Together, we can fight hunger and provide nourishment to those in need. All donations were dropped off on the morning of January 10, 2025 at the Project SOUP Food Pantry operated by the Greater Somerville Homeless Coalition. Project SOUP was founded in 1969 and serves as a food pantry and soup kitchen serving 900 families per month in Somerville. Their mission is “to address food insecurity in our community by providing healthy, wholesome groceries and meals”.
