The Wellness Committee is excited to announce THE RETURN of Wellness Book Club for next semester! They will be reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book dissecting how small, consistent changes can lead to remarkable results by forming reliable habits, supporting its cores ideas with practical strategies backed by science.
In-person discussion event on August 11th at 4:15 p.m. in CE Room 1415 (Rachel’s Auditorium)
Once again, free books will be given out to those who join early so the first 15 people who sign up will be gifted a copy of the book for free!! They kindly ask that if you do get a free book, you will make the effort to come to the in-person discussion. To sign up, please fill out this form.
