Class of 2029

Welcome to Tufts Dental, Class of 2029! We are so excited to have you join our ever-growing Jumbo family. Dental school is an incredible journey – one that will shape you & your career for years to come. The classes of 2028, 2027, and 2026 are eager to show you the ropes. Here are some bites of advice they’d like to share with you:
- Continue to schedule things you love outside of school, whether it be going on a run, doing arts and crafts, or a different hobby. Always block out time to do non-toothy things!
- Don’t feel like you have to use the same study method for every class. Try out different learning styles and see what sticks.
- Take advantage of events going on in & around campus – you can even use them as study breaks.
- Get involved in clubs that speak to you, but don’t feel pressure to join every club or run for positions. You can always jump into more later in the year!
- Develop a good relationship with your bigs & TAs – they are a great resource.
- Reach out to anyone as soon as you need help – we are all a big family and want to see each other thrive 🙂
