About Us
The purpose of this organization is to bring student dentists together who have a common interest in learning more about dental insurance, fee for service, submitting claims, and getting credentialed with insurance companies. Our main goal is to focus on dental billing and insurance. In doing so, students will have a better handle on dental insurance and not be intimidated when entering private practice or organized dentistry. Students will be able to gain knowledge on how to check their production and collection gains from care that has been provided to the patients. Lastly the hope is that this will better prepare for office management skills, specifically dealing with a variety of dental insurances.
