Activity: Interdisciplinary Pain and Headache Rounds Location: Virtual, with CME from the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Mass General Brigham Target Audience: Physicians, Dentists, Psychologists and NursesLearning ObjectivesRecognize the members of the interdisciplinary care team, their basic roles, and the behavioral health systems that support the safe and effective management of individuals with substance use disorder.Understand the role of dentists in a variety of practice settings to help in the delivery of safe and effective care for patients with substance use disorder.Classify medication assisted therapies and how to interact with prescribers for the safe and effective practice of dentistry, including pain management, for individuals involved in substance use management. |
