Wednesday, March 29 12:00 – 12:45 PM, MedEd 114 As we continue to celebrate National Nutrition Month and we lean into the theme “Fuel for the Future ” we are hosting a Mindful Eating lunch on Wednesday, March 29. Mindful eating is an approach to eating that can complement any eating pattern. Research has shown that mindful eating can lead to greater psychological wellbeing, increased pleasure when eating, and body satisfaction. This session will be facilitated by Dr. Pastan.
