The Office of Student Affairs has designed a new policy to support and supervise student travel to conferences, fostering networking opportunities and enhancing skills. Travel Reimbursement Form

Catering Justification Form:

All students must complete the Catering Justification form for all catering and food purchases. This form should be completed and sent to Dainya Hannan (Dainya.Hannan@tufts.edu) at least two weeks prior to your event. Please note that submitting the form less than two weeks before the event may result in a denial of catering approval.

Expense Reimbursement

If you need to be reimbursed for an expense, please complete the Business Expense Form, and submit it to Dainya Hannan at Dainya.Hannan@tufts.edu. Please be sure to include itemized receipts for verification of payment and a list of attendees for any meal expenses.

Lunch and Learn Event Planning:

If you are planning a presentation sponsored by a student organization featuring external parties (companies, organizations, or speakers). In that case, you must submit a request through the link provided at least four weeks before the event. Be prepared to review the school’s conflict of interest policy, explain the importance of sharing the information with the TUSDM community, and attach any presentation materials. For internal lunch and learn events hosted by student organizations, you need approval, room reservations, and any necessary room set-up through DMDLunchandLearn@tufts.edu.

Student Organization Budget Planning:

Bylaws: All school-approved organizations must approve a set of bylaws annually. You can create your own or update existing bylaws using a sample set provided, which can be modified to meet your organization’s needs. Should a student group revise its bylaws, a copy should be filed on record with the Office of Student Affairs.
