Hispanic Student Dental Association (HDA)

About

¡Bienvenidos Jumbo Dentistas!

The Tufts HSDA Chapter was founded in 1994 by Dr. Aidee Nieto-Herman and aligns its mission with that of the National Hispanic Dental Association, especially in promoting the oral health of the Hispanic/Latinx and other underrepresented communities through community engagement and preventative oral health education.

It is the goal of Tufts HSDA to create an inclusive space where students can celebrate their cultures, in doing so also recognizing and promoting the importance of culturally competent, conscientious oral and systemic healthcare.  We hope that you join us and that you find a familia in HSDA during your time at Tufts!
