The catalog currently supports a number of features, including:
- Browsing by defined facets
- Author. Can be sorted alphabetically or by number of works cataloged.
- Work Title. Can be sorted alphabetically or by number of works cataloged with a particular title (e.g. Fragmenta).
- Work Original Language. (Ancient Greek, Latin and Arabic)
- Edition or Translation Year Published
- Edition or Translation Language. (Latin, Ancient Greek, English, German, French, Arabic, Italian)
- Series. A publication series (e.g. Teubner, Loeb, Oxford Classical Texts, etc.)
- Subjects. Lists of subjects found in the various bibliographic records.
- Searching
- All fields: Full text search of all metadata fields included in the catalog.
- Title: Searches those metadata fields encoded as either title or alternative title.
- Author: Searches on an author’s standardized and alternate names. It will return lists of authors with the specified name.
- Editor/Translator: Searches for specific editor and or translators of classical works.
- URN: Search by CTS-URN based on standard work identifiers.
- Linking
- Canonical URIs for main author pages (authority records) in the catalog (e.g. Cicero).
- Canonical URIs for each work that has been cataloged with a list of cataloged editions (e.g. the Laelius de Amicitia of Cicero).
- Canonical URIs for each edition that has been cataloged (e.g. the 1902 edition of the Laelius de Amicitia published by the American Book Company and edited by Clifton Price).
- Canonical URIs for each translation that has been cataloged (e.g.the 1923 translation of the Laelius de Amicitia by William Armstead Falconer and published by the Loeb Classical Library).
