Rebecca joined the Tufts faculty over the summer of 2013.

Suprama Datta (She/her)

Postdoctoral Scholar

Suprama is from Mumbai, India. She earned her Ph.D in Biotechnology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India, where she studied the antioxidant metabolite profile of a probiotic yeast. Prior to joining our group, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Boston University, where she investigated the interaction of endogenous cellular metabolites and other bioactive small molecules with human proteins, and developed the skillset to design target discovery assays by mass-spectrometry based proteomics and metabolomics. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and painting, and of course learning something new!

Meghan Martin (She/her)

Graduate Student (Ph.D.)

Meghan comes from Newport, Vermont, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry at Merrimack College. Outside of lab, she enjoys skiing, and hiking the Vermont mountains.

Brittany Fox (She/her)

Graduate Student (Ph.D.)

If Tin is not doing chemistry, he is most likely exploring Boston for food, learning some dance moves, or practicing makeup.

Nick McCurtin (They/them)

Graduate Student (Ph.D.)

Nick was born in Baltimore, MD and was raised in the DMV area. In 2020, Nick received a B.A. in biology from Suffolk University in Boston.
