Suprama Datta (She/her)
Postdoctoral Scholar
Suprama is from Mumbai, India. She earned her Ph.D in Biotechnology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India, where she studied the antioxidant metabolite profile of a probiotic yeast. Prior to joining our group, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Boston University, where she investigated the interaction of endogenous cellular metabolites and other bioactive small molecules with human proteins, and developed the skillset to design target discovery assays by mass-spectrometry based proteomics and metabolomics. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and painting, and of course learning something new!
