DOER, DEP, and EPA are pleased to announce the next Energy Leaders Roundtable for Massachusetts Drinking Water and Wastewater Utilities. The roundtable has been set for March 21st from 9 am – 12:15 pm at the New Bedford Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1000 South Rodney French Blvd., New Bedford. An optional tour of the New Bedford WWTP has been scheduled for 12:45.

The meeting will share experiences and information from drinking water and wastewater utilities about:
  • Conducting energy audits
  • Implementing audit findings and recommendations
  • Funding energy efficiency programs and  renewable sources of energy
  • Getting and maintaining buy-in
