We are excited to begin offering food microbiome testing services starting in early January 2026. We will provide a range of services to help food producers identify the microbes in their food products, diagnose microbial defects, and understand how to control microbes that determine food quality.

This work will provide actionable knowledge for food producers and home fermenters while also providing training opportunities for students at Tufts.
