Dr. Karin Arsenault receives Prestigious Teaching Award!

Dr. Karin Arsenault, a faculty member in Public Health and Community Service and Director of TUSDM’s Geriatric Program, has been selected as a recipient of the 2024 Tufts Teaching with Technology Award. This prestigious honor recognizes Dr. Arsenault’s exceptional use of technology to enhance student learning and engagement in her courses.

The selection process for this award was highly competitive, with Educational Technology Services (ETS) receiving 115 student nominations for 83 faculty members across the University. A committee of educational technology professionals from ETS carefully reviewed and evaluated each nomination, narrowing the pool to fifteen finalists before selecting the award winners.

This achievement not only highlights Dr. Arsenault’s dedication to excellence in teaching but also brings great honor to PHCS department. Her commitment to leveraging technology to create an enriching and engaging learning experience for students is truly commendable.
