Wellness Book Club Round 2!
After a very successful first Wellness Book Club, The Wellness Committee is excited to announce THE RETURN of Wellness Book Club for next semester!! They will be reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book dissecting how small, consistent changes can lead to remarkable results by forming reliable habits, supporting its cores ideas with practical strategies backed by science.
They will be hosting an in-person event on August 11th at 4:15 p.m. in CE Room 1415 (Rachel’s Auditorium) to discuss the book altogether. Once again, free books will be given out to those who join early so the first 15 people who sign up will be gifted a copy of the book for free!! They kindly ask that if you do get a free book, you will make the effort to come to the in-person discussion. To sign up, please fill out this form. Everyone who signed up in time to get a free book will be contacted by this Sunday, June 8th. If you are looking for a great read to pick up during summer this would be a great choice! They hope to see many of you there!!
