Juneteenth SNDA Event

Tufts SNDA participated in a Juneteenth community service event on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Franklin Park. The event allowed representative SNDA members to celebrate this monumental moment in history alongside spreading oral health awareness to the greater community of Boston and nearby cities. SNDA members proudly gave out over 200 toothbrushes and toothpaste to the population including adults and children. This event allowed SNDA members to connect with the local community addressing and educating the importance of oral health hygiene and awareness while also promoting Tufts Dental School for those in need of a dental provider. Overall, the service event was a great success and provided many members of the community with helpful oral health tools and information. We look forward to participating in this event for years to come!
