Teaching with Technology Awards

The Teaching with Technology Awards, sponsored by the Tufts Technology Services (TTS) Educational Technology Services group, recognize effective and creative uses of technology in teaching at Tufts. Students from all Tufts schools are invited to nominate instructors who they feel use technology in new and inventive ways to support teaching and learning.

  • Carefully-planned uses of social media, video, audio, or online discussions
  • Uses of mobile applications to transform learning
  • Uses of simulations, gaming, or virtual/augmented reality
  • Uses of interactive tools (e.g., PollEverywhere, clickers) that made the class more engaging
  • Uses of Canvas that significantly enhanced your learning in a course
  • Creative uses of Zoom (beyond just screen sharing) that enhanced your intellectual and social experience in the course
