Congratulations to this year’s IARYD graduates!

Chaveso Cook and Andrew Farina have both successfully defended their dissertations in 2021 and can now add Ph.D. to their names.

Chevy: I’m headed to the Pentagon to be the speechwriter for the Secretary of the Army, the highest serving civilian for our ground forces. There I will also be a part of a handpicked team that infuses character development into the Army’s new “People First” strategy, emphasizing the importance of resourcing, developing, and caring for our number one asset – Soldiers and their families.

Andy: I’m headed back to the United States Military Academy (West Point) to be an assistant professor in the Behavioral Sciences and Leadership Department (BS&L). While at West Point, I will use what I have learned over the past few years to find innovative ways to achieve the Academy’s mission: to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country and prepared for a career of professional excellence and service to the Nation as an officer in the United States Army.
