The purpose of this joint research project between Professor Carla Dirlikov Canales of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Professor Federica Olivares, Director, International Program in Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore was to explore the global landscape of cultural and public diplomacy education today. The research was conducted by Sophie Orosz of the Cultural Diplomacy Initiative at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, during the summer of 2022, under the guidance of Professor Canales and Professor Olivares.

  1. This database consists of the bibliographies of over 40 offerings from the Cultural Diplomacy Courses and the Public Diplomacy Courses. While the main corpus of the database is built of the reading lists of Cultural Diplomacy Courses, the database also contains books that are listed in the syllabi of Public Diplomacy Courses but deal with cultural diplomacy: Cultural Diplomacy Literature
