The Edward R. Murrow Center launched its much awaited series, ‘Rebuilding US Public Diplomacy and Soft Power’ on Saturday October 3, 2020. The first event of the series, ‘The US in the Eyes of Indians: A Reliable Partner, Model or Fading Star?’ was a conversation between Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Author, international diplomat and Chair, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology and James Murdoch, International news media and entertainment executive and Chair, Lupa Systems.
