Staff Account, Accounts Receivable

Description:
The Worcester Art Museum seeks energetic, organized person for a part-time opening (16-20 hours per week) in the Finance and Business Operations Department to maintain daily accounting functions, and prepare and analyze accounting records and reconciliations. Duties include accounting for all Museum deposits, overseeing accounts receivable, initiating collections process, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of accounting principles and computerized accounting systems, AA or equivalent in accounting, and two to three years in related field. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Great Plains is essential.
