Description:
Lexington’s Munroe Center for the Arts is seeking an experienced arts educator to lead and grow our popular and dynamic visual arts education programs.

· Program Development –

o plan school-year classes

o plan summer camp programming and develop weekly camp themes

· Program Administration –

o set policies (e.g., scholarships, required information for program participants)

o develop marketing strategies

o generate flyers, social media, web presence, etc.

o hire program staff

o register participants and collect fees

o rent space to third parties

o other nuts and bolts associated with program delivery

· Community outreach –

o plan senior programming

o initiate and participate in Lexington arts programming projects

o put a pleasant face on interactions with parents, students, and colleagues

Qualifications:
· self-starter

· can work independently and lead a team

· experience managing all aspects of arts education and camp programs
