UUSC’s Participatory Action Research Fellowships are designed to strengthen and promote the role of participatory action research as a powerful tool to advance human rights and social justice. Through this fellowship program, UUSC provides two year-long grants, one to an activist with significant experience and one to a graduate student or recent graduate, to work collaboratively with our research team. Fellows are expected to conduct participatory research projects focused in one of UUSC’s programmatic areas (Climate Forced Displacement, Migrant Justice, Disaster Justice), in collaboration with UUSC’s partners and their research team.
