Big News for Tufts Postdocs – Salary Increases!

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news for all postdocs at Tufts! 🎊

Starting July 1, 2025, the minimum postdoc salary will be $65,000, with an annual experience-based salary increase of at least 3% (and no upper cap—final adjustments will be at the discretion of your PI).

New Minimum Salary: $65,000 with an annual experience-based salary increase of at least 3%
No Upper Cap! Final adjustments will be determined by your PI
