Resources

The lab began at Tufts in September of 2014, and we are in the process of developing many new resources to share with the world. We’ll be posting protocols that we use for microbial metagenomics, RNA-seq, and other techniques for dissecting food microbial communities.

We’ll also be sharing photos of our favorite food microbes as we conduct experiments. These can be used (with permission please – we like to know who uses our work!) for talks, publications, etc.

And as we develop some new bioinformatic pipelines for analyzing genomics data from model communities, we’ll post those as well.

In the meantime, if you are looking for specific resources that you think we might have, please get in touch via email.
