Reporting to the Director, the Associate Curator for European and American Art has broad responsibilities for the interpretation, development and management of the Museum’s collections, as well as the organization of exhibits, selection of objects for display or interpretation, preparation of catalogues and catalogue entries, recommendation of objects for acquisition, and conduct of substantive research on the collections or within his/her area of specialty. The successful candidate may also be appointed to the University graduate and doctoral faculty.
