Purpose: Support registrar and curators in the management of 17,000 object contemporary art collection located in over 225 cities worldwide. The assistant registrar’s responsibilities and projects improve or enhance collections management and the overall organization of the Corporate Curators’ Office. Primary Responsibilities: • Facilitate art relocations: create project worksheets and maps for executive moves and public space temporary removals according to regular reports and move notifications. Update accession cards and database appropriately, file project worksheets, follow up on outstanding projects as necessary.
