Responsible for customer service, sales, restocking and related retail duties. Position requires the ability to engage our diverse Museum Shop customer by communicating the features and benefits of our unique merchandise. Will also provide excellent front-line service to MFA visitors by answering Museum-related questions and enthusiastically promoting the Museum.

25 hours/week; 4 shifts per week consisting of 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day; may include occasional evenings and holidays.

Qualifications:
Must have an interest in Museum Shop products including jewelry and fashion-related merchandise. Must have a high energy level, strong interpersonal skills and an interest in the Museum of Fine Arts. Must be exceptionally personable. Retail experience desired.
