*Description*: Shelburne Museum, Shelburne, VT seeks an Adult Programs
Coordinator to join the Education Department.

The Coordinator is responsible for all educational programs offered for
internal and external adult audiences as well as for the direct management
of 85-90 seasonal guide staff. This position will take a leadership role in
the development of adult programs for the new Center for Art and Education,
slated to open in 2013.

Responsibilities also include program development and implementation, staff
hiring and supervision, payroll, budget management, purchasing, and program
and staff evaluations.

*Requirements*: Bachelor¹s degree in education, art, history or related
field. Experience with creating and implementing educational and creative
programs for adults. Background in art, history, and education as well as
supervisory experience necessary. Must be able to multitask and oversee
multiple projects simultaneously. Museum experience preferred.

Events Coordinator [Shelburne Museum]

*Description*:Shelburne Museum, Shelburne, VT seeks Events Coordinator to
join the Earned Income department.

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for marketing, selling, and
managing rental events at the Museum. Will also hire and manage a seasonal
staff as well as work with various departments involved in rental
activities.

*Requirements*: Must have at least 5 years experience in marketing, sales,
and managing all aspects of rental events. Excellent customer service and
enthusiasm for working with the public required. Due to the busy rental
schedule, candidates must be available on weekends and willing to work a
flexible full-time schedule. Vermont rental experience a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in rigorous activity for
several hours. Current driver¹s license and clean driving record required.
