ICJ genocide decision | Unpacking ruling on Israel

JOHANNESBURG - Following the International Court of Justice’s decision, many are asking whether Israel will now be held directly accountable for the deaths and harm caused to Palestinians in Gaza.

He’s an associate Professor of International Law at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, in the US.
