Description
The Philadelphia Museum of Art is seeking a Member Record Services Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Member Record Services department, providing exceptional quality control and processing output to support the department. The coordinator will prepare and distribute various sales, attendance, revenue, and membership renewal reports and update tracking systems as scheduled. This position will also generate lists for membership renewals, upgrades, e-mails, direct mail and list exchanges. The coordinator will be expected to develop and implement new procedures as needed to maintain optimal departmental performance and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Windows and will have hands-on working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in database management and reporting, preferably using Raiser’s Edge or similar fundraising systems. This position requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner is a must.
