The Director will lead the operations of the Natick Historical Society and Museum toward the achievement of its mission and its strategic direction. Will provide leadership to the organization, including a part-time Curator and a substantial group of Volunteers.Oversee NHS, its programs and operations and in partnership with the Board, its fundraising and financial plans .The position is a year-round, 4 day a week (28 hour) position, hired by and directly accountable to the Board of Directors through its elected President. At least 3-5 years experience in a small to mid-sized museum organization.Proven ability in process efficiencies.
