YOUTH INITIATIVES COORDINATOR
The American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) in New York City is one of the premier science, research and cultural institutions in the country. The American Museum of Natural History is seeking: a Coordinator with a strong background in science, expertise teaching science to middle school youth, and extensive experience with coordination of programs. This position is situated within the division of Youth Initiatives at AMNH. The Coordinator will join a team of people to both develop and grow opportunities for middle school youth from diverse backgrounds, and maintain the existing programs that are successful and well received. The Coordinator will need to work select weekend days and be available during summer months when middle school programs are at their peak.
